Joining a Kool Air Maintenance plan means year-round proactive care for your home comfort system. Membership includes recurring billing, exclusive service benefits, and priority access designed to keep your system running efficiently. Keeping billing and contact information current ensures uninterrupted benefits.
How Plan Benefits Work
Your maintenance membership is tied to the covered home HVAC system and service location. Included tune-ups, discounts, and member perks are designed specifically for your enrolled equipment and active membership term. Benefits are not redeemable for cash, and unused visits generally do not carry forward.
Priority Scheduling & Service
Members move to the front of the line when service demand is high. Preventive maintenance appointments should be scheduled in advance, and emergency response priority is based on membership level, weather conditions, and service demand. Our team works hard to deliver fast, dependable support when you need it most.
Membership Flexibility
Need to make a change? Membership may be updated or canceled with advance notice before the next billing cycle. Kool Air reserves the right to adjust plan terms, pricing, or eligibility as needed to continue providing reliable, high-quality service.
Membership Enrollment
By enrolling in a Kool Air Services maintenance plan, customers authorize either a one-time yearly payment or recurring monthly billing for the selected plans and agree to maintain accurate contact and payment information. Membership benefits apply only while the account remains active and in good standing. Plan pricing, included services, and terms may be updated with advance notice
